Planned telephone upgrade

For Attention of all wards and departments at Sunderland Royal Hospital, Sunderland Eye Infirmary and Sunderland Children’s Centre.

The Telecoms team will be upgrading telephone handsets. This will be at Sunderland Royal Hospital, Sunderland Eye Infirmary and Sunderland Children’s Centre.

If you have a red or yellow telephone handset within your working area we need to know its location. Please email the telecoms team at stsft.telecoms@nhs.net. This includes handsets in use and in storage. The team will collect and replace all handsets in use with a new one. They will also collect any other unused stored or unconnected handsets.
