Please note that all staff who have received a new Personal Safety Device, must complete the training as soon as possible. The training will be sent via email, from Reliance, to each individual staff member. Please ensure you check you junk mail. The training must be complete before you can begin to use your new device.

The Security Team will be receiving daily updates from Reliance and managers will be informed of any staff still outstanding. If you have not received the training link yet, please email stephanie.gordon5@nhs.net or call 0191 203 2920, so this can be looked in too.
