We have a high demand for winter vaccinations this year. To support the programme we are looking for staff to come forward as peer vaccinators for the flu vaccine. 

We are looking for registered staff either nurse, midwife, physiotherapist, pharmacist or operating department practitioners who are willing to come to assist as a peer vaccinator. 

You will need to have completed the following training:- 

  • BLS 
  • Anaphylaxis 
  • Flu on ESR (Previous flu peer vaccinators do not have renew flu training if they are competent and have vaccinated in previous campaigns for the organisation, although staff can complete the training again to refresh their knowledge it takes approx. 30mins)
