The Trust has been made aware some sites have been set up to look like they can be used to access the PayByPhone service to pay for car parking. 

The platform does not offer subscriptions and any pages offering this are not genuine. 

If any patients raise this as an issue, please let our parking teams know. 

This is what the PayByPhone team advise to help keep people’s information safe: 

  • Download the PayByPhone app directly from the App Store or Google Play Store 
  • Visit our website by entering PayByPhone.co.uk directly into the search bar. 
  • Dial 0330 400 7275 to use its automated phone line.
