We know the cost of living is continuing to rise. When this happens our financial resilience may not be as high as it was before. This means that we may not be able to manage our money as well. Some of us may not know who to turn to for help when we are worried or struggling.

As a responsible employer, the Trust wants to help. The health and wellbeing of our staff is one of our key priorities. We want to help colleagues build financial resilience and provide support on the important things that matter to our staff.

Starting next week (which is also Talk Money Week) we’ll be launching the #BigMoneyTeamTalk. This is an important piece of work that we hope will help us to understand what your worries are when it comes to money and what we can do to help.

From Monday we will be out and about across the Trust asking YOU three key questions:

  • What are your money worries?
  • What support would be helpful?
  • What would make the biggest difference to you?

We’ll also be sharing lots of helpful resources and links as well. Please get involved and give us your feedback. This will help us put meaningful support in place for you!

Keep an eye out for more information on where we’ll be, and what we’ll be covering, over the next few days and weeks…
