Professor Graham is Health Services Research Specialty Group Lead for the Clinical Research Network NENC and Honorary Health Services Research lead for STSFT.
She has led a very successful collaborative programme of research looking at bariatric surgery.
The discussion will focus on how it is the most effective method of weight loss for people living with obesity, but is not widely accepted or understood.
She will look at how she has worked in partnership with the NHS, patients, local government and commercial organisations to help improve patient care.
It will also include how she has supported the healthcare workforce and met the challenges faced by people who have undergone the surgery.
The lecture will be delivered on Thursday, February 9, from 6pm to 7pm.
It will be held at St Peter's Campus in its Prospect 007 Lecture Theatre.
