Due to the increased pressure we are seeing across our hospitals we will be increasing the NHSP allocate on arrival (AoA) incentive to £100. This takes effect for night shift tonight and will run through to Thursday 5th January.
If any colleagues are able to book extra shifts, we would massively appreciate your help and support during this very challenging time. The allocate on arrival incentive is for any shifts booked via the NHSP ward and EICO NHSP rosters at South Tyneside District Hospital and Sunderland Royal Hospital. It will also include ICAR and St Benedict’s Hospice if we need to at times of pressure.
Allocate on arrival shifts are open to all Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses (Bands 2-7). We will pay you at the top of your usual band for any additional shifts worked.
These shifts will also count towards your £250 incentive payment. There is no limit on the number of AoA shifts you can work.
