We want to remind all staff that our temporary incentive arrangements for Allocate on Arrival (AoA) and EICO shifts will finish on Monday 17 April.  This is because we have lots more staff now joining us thanks to our successful recruitment campaigns.

Any AoA or EICO shifts booked via NHSP up to and including Monday 17 April will still qualify for the incentive (click here) for payment dates.

Our NHS Professionals staff bank remains open to all Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and Doctors, as well as admin and clerical staff.  Line managers and matrons can continue to add available shifts to the bank in the usual way through the online platform.

Staff looking to pick up extra shifts through NHSP will continue to benefit from:

  • Being paid weekly for any additional shifts worked with NHSP
  • Being paid at the top of your usual pay band for any additional shifts worked with NHSP (for bands 2 to 7)
  • Opportunities to work in different areas across the Trust and gain valuable new experience.

How do I register for NHSP?

  • If you are not yet a member of our NHSP staff bank you will need to complete an online application form via www.joinbank.nhsp.uk and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the full process.  You will not be able to work shifts until the recruitment process is completed. Once you are registered there is a 24/7 online booking system for booking shifts.
