New expenses system

Good news! The Trust are ready to move onto our new expenses system provided by GILTBYTE on Friday 1st July 2022.   

We have been establishing who are current regular users and approvers of the system, and those employees will be sent log in details on our go live date. 

All employees that have been set up on the current EOL expenses system in the last 28 days, will not be classed as a regular user and will therefore need to request an account on the new system.  

We will be sending out further communications with links to user guides and videos throughout this week to regular claimants and approvers, and will be arranging some drop in training sessions throughout July, ready for the 1st Expense claim submission/approvals which will be due in August.
