A new email address for the Radiology Systems Support Team is now in use.

The team, previously known as Sunderland Royal Hospital PACS Support, can contacted via stsft.stsftradsystemadminteam@nhs.net

The new account is being managed by staff across both sites.

It can be used for messages regarding issues, queries and configuration and user accounts for:

  • AGFA PACS (SRH) and GE PACS (ST)
  • SOLITON
  • ST ICE and SRH ICE (Radiology orders)

Please note the new email address is not for imaging requests and transmissions, or IEP requests or queries.

The IEP email addresses are:

  • Sunderland - stsft.iep-requests@nhs.net
  • South Tyneside - stsft.stiepsupport@nhs.net
