New documentation - inpatient falls prevention and management

New documentation relating to inpatient falls prevention and management will be launched across the Trust on Monday 1^st August.

In advance of the launch, on Monday 25^th and Tuesday 26^th July between 11am and 2pm, members of Falls Steering Group will be available to discuss the new documents and the planned changes in relation to inpatient falls documentation within Meditech. 

Colleagues are encouraged to come along to stands at SRH on B Floor outside the lifts (Kyall Road entrance) and at STDH next to the EAU entrance in Ingham Wing. Goody bags are up for grabs for those who come along.
