The new bed and mattress implementation is underway at SRH

The new bed and mattress implementation is underway across Sunderland Royal Hospital.

The Trezzo reactive air mattress replaces the Mercury advanced powered hybrid mattress.  The Trezzo is a pumpless hybrid mattress.There have been occasions where staff have attempted to attach the pump from the mercury advance mattress to the new Trezzo mattress. Please ensure that all pumps are returned to MEL promptly once the Trezzo mattress is in use,  in order to reduce the risk of this occurring.
