Our CQC well-led inspection will take place for 3 days between Tuesday 9 August and Thursday 11 August.  Any staff who would like to find out more about the forthcoming CQC inspection are welcome to attend any of the following informal briefing sessions which will be held via MS Teams: 

  • Tues 26 July – 2.00pm until 2.30pm (CLICK HERE) to join meeting

  • Fri 29 July – 1.00pm until 1.30pm (CLICK HERE) to join meeting

CQC inspectors may choose to visit any area of the Trust at any time so please make them feel welcome and make sure our usual high standards of safe patient care are evident at all times, especially around infection, prevention and control.  This is the chance to showcase the fantastic work you do every day for our patients so please do feel proud to share the everyday examples of excellence when you are talking to inspectors.  

IMPORTANT REMINDER – If you haven’t done so already, please make sure that your Statutory and Mandatory Training and all appraisals are up-to-date and recorded accurately on ESR.  We know it has been an exceptionally busy time but please can you now make every effort to do this.  If you have any queries or please contact the ESR helpdesk on stsft.esrworkforceinformation@nhs.net
