#MerryMail is your chance to spread kindness and share warm festive wishes with colleagues across the Trust. 

Similar to 'Secret Santa,' you will send a Christmas card to a randomly allocated member of staff. You will then receive a Christmas card from another staff member who has been allocated your name.

Write a festive message, draw a picture, share a Christmas poem... let your creativity take over! 

Sign your card with your name and department. Or keep it secret if you prefer.

All cards will be sent via internal post. Make sure the envelope has #MerryMail written clearly on the front.

If you would like to take part, please fill in the form below by no later than Thursday 8th December.

On Friday 9th December, we will email the name and work location of the staff member you have been allocated. Please send your card via internal post by Thursday 15th December. 

If you have completed the form and not received your Christmas Card by Tuesday 20th December, please email stsft.merrymail@nhs.net.
