During planned Meditech V6 downtime on Thursday 1st December 2022 18:00-22:00 please remember to continue to follow the NEWS 2 escalation policy and escalate any clinical concerns appropriately. V6 downtime makes it more difficult to identify unwell and deteriorating patients and relies on all members of the ward teams escalating concerns appropriately. Thank you for all your continued hard work in keeping patients safe.
