Could all departments using Lone Worker Devices return any that are not being used as soon as possible. Please send to Bridget Romano, Security Compliance Officer, First Floor East Block, STDH. 
Also could all managers send updated Risk Assessment and Escalation forms to bridget.romano@nhs.net
