Legacy Mentor Service

The Nursing and Quality Workforce Team are delighted to launch the new Legacy Mentor Service.

The Legacy Mentor Service is a small team of experienced registered nurses who are able to offer support to newly registered Nurses, Midwives, and Allied Health Professionals working in clinical areas across the Trust.  

The Legacy Mentors are empowered to support by sharing their own knowledge, skills and experience through coaching staff in the early stages of their career.  

The team are passionate to be champions of newly registered healthcare professionals and support them to achieve their full potential, and gain confidence in clinical practice.
