We are pleased that the Trust's Inclusive Recruitment E-Learning module is now available within ESR.

All Recruiting Managers must undertake the module which will help you:

  • Plan for recruitment and follow the correct process
  • Write adverts and shortlist candidates
  • Plan and conduct interviews
  • Make informed recruitment decisions and provide effective feedback
  • Understand equality and bias in the context of recruitment

 
Inclusive recruitment is not just about filling vacancies, but about having an impact on the long-term success of the Trust and ensuring that we have the right workforce with the right skills and values to support effective team working and deliver excellent patient care.

Eliminating bias in our recruitment is a must, and with this in mind, all Recruiting Managers must complete (in addition to Inclusive Recruitment) the Trust Civility E-Learning Module and be up to date with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Mandatory Training.
