Have you or a loved one been discharged from Sunderland Royal Hospital in the last year? Help us improve the hospital discharge process by sharing your experiences in this survey.

Leaving hospital is an important part of a patient’s overall experience of hospital care. We want to hear from people who have been discharged from Sunderland Royal Hospital, following an admission in the last year.

Healthwatch Sunderland is supporting this piece of work and the feedback will help us to shape and improve our discharge process. 

The survey is completely anonymous and should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. The closing date for the survey is Friday 21st April 2023.
