Important: Personal Safety Device (Lone Worker) – Management Training        

 There is an opportunity for our Management team to attend training for the use and management of the Personal Safety Devices in their team. The training will involve discussing and introducing new systems to help control and manage compliance and how to follow the Trust Lone Worker Policy, procedures and relevant guidance documents relating to the use of the personal safety device.  

The training will be provided by Reliance High Tech. 

Due to social distancing, rooms are at very minimum capacity; therefore, you will be required to book on to the training date and session you require.  You will need to email Stephanie Gordon at Stephanie.gordon5@nhs.net with your preferred session and await confirmation of being booked on to that training. We will not be able to accept staff who show up on the day.

The lack of staff usage of the personal safety device (lone worker) in the past is well documented in the Trust risk register and has been discussed at Exec level.  If you are a manager of a team that uses the personal safety device, please take this opportunity to attend this training.
