Unfortunately, due to national shortages, serum folate will be temporarily suspended. Therefore please keep folate requests to a minimum. Any samples received will be frozen until they can be analysed, which is estimated to be between 7-10 days. In cases of exceptional clinical need please contact 0191 445 6366.
