We are merging our printing services to make it easier for colleagues to print, copy and scan documents from any Trust photocopier.  

To do this we need to temporarily take our printer servers down between 6pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday 6th September.

During this time, we will move to one system (Canon Uniflow).

This will mean that we will have one single print queue for the whole of the Trust and all colleagues will be able to automatically print, copy and scan from any of our photocopier machines. 

It will also mean that all machines will be set up with the scan to email function. This means that when you scan a document you can email it directly to yourself or to another email address.  

You do not need to anything if you are already set up to print.

New staff will automatically be set up to print, scan and copy from their computer log on. If you have any issues you should contact the IT helpdesk on STSFT.ITServicedesk@nhs.net
