Guidance on wearing T-shirts due to the hot weather

Due to the high temperatures, colleagues can wear a plain T-shirt or polo shirt.

This guidance is in place until the end of August and is for all acute and community colleagues.

T-shirts should be the same colour as your uniform or white.

They need to be free of logos and smart in appearance.

Please make sure your name badge is clearly displayed so that our patients know who is looking after them.

This updated information follows a meeting by our Corporate Management Team (CMT).

Work is ongoing on a review of the uniforms across our Trust.

This has been delayed due to national consultation work, with an update to follow as soon as it is available.
