Do you currently do less than 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week?
Would you like to become more active?
Get involved with our new partnership with RISE, and you could recieve a FREE Fitbit Charge 4, resistance bands and a footroller rto help encourage you to become and remain more physically active. You'll also be provided with information and tips on how to implement gentle exercises into your everyday life.
By taking part and recieving the above resources, the program will help motivate, educate and encourage you to take part in physical activity - increasing your overall mental and physical wellbeing.
All we ask is that you commit to one of the following wellbeing activities:
- A taster session at our staff health and fitness centre
- A health and wellbeing check
- A wellbeing walk
Once you have decided which of the above activities you'd like to commit to, you'll be asked to complete three identical surveys to monitor the impact on your wellbeing; one when you recieve your wellbeing pack, one survey after around three months of recieving your pack and one after six months.
