There are some 30-minute desk yoga sessions planned over the next few months which are free to all health and care / NHS staff via the ICS wellbeing hub.

These 30 minute online yoga classes with Wellness Space are designed to increase energy levels, improve strength, balance and flexibility, as well as help you relax. All stretches and movement will be suitable for those who work in desk-based roles. The sessions are suitable for everyone so no previous experience of yoga is required. Wear comfortable clothing, use an exercise mat if you have one and clear a little bit of space around you.
