EXCELLENCE in all that we do – join us for an ice cream as our Team Talk summer roadshows

We are delighted to launch our new Trust Vision, Values and Five-Year Strategy.  This follows all of your feedback from the BIG STSFT Team Talk last year.  Our new vision at STSFT is very simple. We want to deliver excellence in all that we do for the people we look after.  To achieve our vision for excellence we have also refreshed our key values. Our values are what we believe in at STSFT and what we stand for. They are:

  • Compassion – we are kind and caring
  • Teamwork – we work as a team
  • Honesty – we are open and honest
  • Respect – we treat people fairly and with respect

During the Team Talk summer tour, we will be sharing information about our new Five-Year Strategy for STSFT and encouraging you all to get involved again within your teams and departments in setting your plans for the year ahead.

Over the next two weeks (from w/c 25th July) members of our Executive Team and Divisional Directors will be out and about across the Trust as part our Team Talk staff engagement roadshows.  We will also be joined by some of our Team Talk champions.  We are delighted to let you know that we have also partnered up with Minchella and Co Ice Cream Parlour, who will be visiting many of our sites to offer every member of staff a free ice cream.  Please scroll down to see dates, times and locations of our Team Talk summer tour and how to claim your free ice cream ticket. Locations highlighted in green means Minchella's will be on site that date. 

PLEASE NOTE - You will need to come along to one of our summer tour events to get your voucher for a free ice cream.  Please don’t worry if you aren’t on shift or are on holiday when Minchella’s are on our sites.  We will make sure you have access to a voucher to use at your leisure at either of the Minchella shops in South Tyneside and Sunderland. Just email STSFT.Trustcomms@nhs.net. We will also arrange deliveries to some of our smaller community venues.
