A new set up is in place at South Tyneside District Hospital to help lead on discharge cleans.

The Domestic Team will provide cover from 8am to 8pm.

It can be contacted direct on 07721109327 and 07721109331 for discharge cleans only, terminal cleans will remain as normal and go through the site manager.

During the 8pm to 8am period, the task will be carried out by Healthcare Assistants.
