Disclosure of Personal Identifiable Information (for secondary use)

The national data opt-out policy is live as of 31st July 2022.  Patients can opt-out of the use of their data for research or planning purposes under national data opt-out introduced on 25 May 2018. This is in line with the recommendations made by the National Data Guardian in her Review of Data Security, Consent and Opt-Outs.
