Please be aware that the Datix system will be unavailable on Thursday 26 May 2022 between 11am and 1pm. This is to allow for essential maintenance. 

Reporting of incidents: Please ensure that any incidents occurring during this period are reported as soon as possible once the system is back online.

Reporting of Safeguarding referrals: Please telephone the relevant Local Authority to raise safeguarding concerns (telephone numbers on the trust internet safeguarding page) and submit a written referral via Datix once the system is back online.
