Children and Young Peoples Transformation

Working together the divisions of Family Care, Theatres, Surgery and Urgent Emergency Care have recently launched a transformational project focused on Children & Young People receiving in-hospital care at South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust.

Our overarching vision is to provide high quality care, working collaboratively to ensure that children are seen and treated “at the right time, right place and by the right person” within our hospitals.
