Carers Passport Staff feedback
It has been great to see the large number of carers in and around the Trust wearing their Carer Passport lanyards. We hope having this resource has resulted in a positive experience for the patient, their carer and all staff.
However, in order for us to understand what works well and areas for further development, we need to hear your views. Please click on the following link to complete a short survey.

Carers Passport Resource Top Up
If you do require additional Carer Passport resources please email your request to stsft.patientexperienceteam@nhs.net and we can arrange this for you.
As part of our regular ward FFT collections we will be able to deliver these to you. Therefore, please ensure you contact the Team before you are out of supplies.
The collections/deliveries take place on:

  • Monday and Friday in Sunderland Royal Hospital
  • Thursday in South Tyneside District Hospital

If you do need supplies in between these days, we would be happy to supply them, let us know and we can prepare them for a member of your team to collect them form the Patient Experience Team.
