Carer’s details on V6

Carer’s details will be logged on V6 from today (Wednesday14th December) as part of the Nursing Assessment documentation.

The Carers details are required to be logged within the MHA/HV section on admission which will then be viewed under the legal indicators section in the patient summary.

In addition as part of the patient’s social circumstances there will be a specific section about carers, if the patient has a carer who wishes to be involved in the care planning and delivery, a carer passport should be issued.
