We hope many staff across the Trust will now be aware of or have been provided with the Carer Passport resources. If you would like to find out more about the resource we are offering a number of Carer Awareness and Carer Passport Training sessions.

•    Information about the local carers centre
•    The Carer Passport Scheme
•    Introduction to the Carer Coordinator – Susan Matheson
