About Blue Light Choir

We rehearse every week from 18.30 to 20.30 at Nissan Sports and Leisure Complex, Washington Rd, Sunderland SR5 3NS

We are all employees of emergency and key workers from across the North East who enjoy singing to maintain positivity, mental health and well being. We currently have around 45 members from fire, police, ambulance, NHS, British Army, HM Prison Service and our fabulous key workers.
We started our journey In August 2016 with 'Fire Choir' and joined with other emergency services in May 2017 to become the Blue Light Choir as we are known today.
