The Health Education England Population Health Fellowship is the first of its kind for health and care professionals from a non-population health background.
The fellowship was launched in 2020 and is now recruiting its fourth cohort.
It is a one-year part-time programme where fellows will work on a population health project.
They will be supported by a blended learning programme.
The aim is to develop a growing network of professionals with population health skills to benefit place-based healthcare systems across England.
The fellowship is available across all HEE regions and the start date for the fourth cohort will be Tuesday, September 5.
