The Trust is committed to improving staff retention and the NMAHP Workforce Team is keen to learn more from staff to inform future retention strategy.  A Stay Questionnaire is currently being piloted with the Allied Health Professional workforce, both registered and support workers.

It is hoped the feedback will provide information about what people value about their role and the Trust as well as identifying things that can be improved.  The questionnaire is live until Friday 8th July.
