It has been brought to our attention that a number of students have had placements within the trust that have not been through formal processes. To ensure that all safety and assurance checks are adhered to; and all of the relevant insurance is in place for each student we need to be aware of any external students that you may be supporting in practice. 

If approached to take any students from an external organisation the PPF team must be made aware in the first instance.  

We will be contacting all areas to confirm what students you currently have and are expecting to have in practice.
