Advance warning of Windows server reboots and EI and Xero server work at Sunderland

Advance warning has been given of Windows server reboots and EI and Xero server work at Sunderland.

There will be AGFA IMPAX and Soliton downtime on Thursday 19th January 2023 between 6pm and 10pm.

Sunderland Royal Hospital Xero PACS will be affected, for historical imaging, for a 20 minute window during this period whilst AGFA undertake work. 

All historical results will be available via Meditech.

South Tyneside Soliton and South Tyneside PACS will not be affected  

Meditech will not be affected on either site.

4WAYS will continue to support CT reporting throughout the downtime period.
