  • Sunderland Old GUM clinic Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30am to 3pm.  Ext 42495
  • South Tyneside Ward 22 Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am to 3pm. Ext 2523

Staff need to be successfully tested to 2 different FFP3 masks.
Re-testing is required every 2 years.
Records of Fit testing will be recorded on ESR.

Please contact the teams to arrange an appointment. If ward/department managers would like the team to come to their area to fit test please contact the team to arrange.
