Rostering Training

The Rostering team is located at Harton Wing, South Tyneside District Hospital. The team is responsible for implementing units onto the HealthRoster system, training ward managers and matrons on how to create, approve and manage their rosters and striving for best practice throughout the Trust. HealthRoster enables managers to match the right people skills to meet patient demand, ensuring patient safety while optimising resources.
