With the aim of continuously developing NHS leaders and managers so they can improve health services for patients and communities throughout the North East of England and Yorkshire, NEYLA provide a wide range of development opportunities including coaching and mentoring, formal development programmes, workshops and master classes. It oversees the Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) across the region; provides support for NHS national development programmes such as Nye Bevan, Elizabeth Garrett Anderson, Rosalind Franklin, Mary Seacole, Stepping up and the Aspiring Chief Executive Programme; and, offers bespoke local interventions and in-house training.
