Important Information for live units on HealthRoster:

All Rosters that are live on the HealthRoster system must be finalised by 12:00pm on the 4th of every month to ensure that there is enough time for all Reward and Benefits' processes to be completed and for enhancements to be paid on time.  

There may be months where this date is brought forward but you will be given advanced notice of this via email.

As good practice we recommend that all rosters are reviewed and finalised on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy.

Please ensure that a deputy is available and aware of how to finalise the roster in case of absence. If you need any help with this please contact:stsft.eRostering@nhs.net

Please note any unit not locked down by the deadlines stated above may result in staff not being paid any enhancements for the month.
