Role overview

The Clinical Team Manager (Integrated Teams) is a band 7 role. They are accountable for the overall management and development of the team / service, deployment and supervision of staff and ensuring the co-ordination of services provided, optimising the cost effective use of all resources. They line manage the team, with overall accountability and responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of patient / client care through the provision of effective clinical and managerial leadership.

Qualifications and Experience required

Registered Nurse with NMC, educated to degree level. To have a recognised teaching qualification. Significant experience at Band 6 level or above in a community setting. Experience of Multi-disciplinary / multi-agency working, leading clinical development and managing change are all essential to undertaking this role.
