Careers Pathway

Welcome to the Career Pathway electronic portal on our staff intranet. The Career Pathway will show you for each main discipline; Health Care Assistant, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions what the educational requirements are for many banded positions with that discipline. 

As this portal develops, each tile will have a video from a member of our Trust staff who is in that role talking about some of their experiences and advice in terms of thinking about this role as a future career path. Some tiles have hyperlinks to key Trust information or further signposting forms of information. Some tiles are in development for certain routes where this is the case the tile will state that and we are working on getting this information onto the portal at a later date in the year.
