What we do 

Residential Accommodation - CHoICE manages the service of residential accommodation property. The criteria of housing accommodation available for staff, includes single bed studio style flats, to two bedroomed family houses. 

Accommodation is centrally located and available to staff for an economical rent.  Residential accommodation listings are limited in quantity and therefore subject to availability.

Staff can also rent a studio directly from Sunderland University at areas such as Clanny House, which is next to SRH.

Patient’s relative’s accommodation - This needs to be pre-arranged via the appropriate business manager of the directorate who has the inpatient. Relative’s accommodation is limited and not always available if there is a high demand for facility. Accommodation is based in Woodford Williams Lodge on SRH site. Please contact the Accommodation team on ext. 42272 to enquire.
