What we do 

The department deals with the following areas:

• Cash reimbursements of travel expenses to members of the public, where applicable (hardship)
• Cashiering service
• Handling of lost and found property at Sunderland Royal
• A photocopying/printing service is offered from the resource room, adjacent to the general office at a charge. 
• Staff discounted travel permits are also handled by the General Office; please click on the links/documents below for travel application forms for ‘Go Northeast Buzz-Fare’ and ‘Corporate Metro Travel Saver’
