What we do 

The service offers a range of reception, cashiering (including petty cash service) and patient welfare services which incorporates the safe keeping of patients’ belongings and meeting with bereaved relatives to issue relevant paperwork following the death of a patient.  

We provide a booking service for hospital transport services, management of car parking machines and administrative support to Car Parking Services which includes issuing, amending and cancellation of Trust car parking permits.

We also provide a lost property service to staff, patients and visitors.
